余热-地热源吸收式热泵U形地埋管数值模拟
Numerical simulation of U-tube heat exchanger in absorption heat pump system combined waste-heat and ground-source

将烧结余热系统、吸收式热泵机组和地埋管换热器系统相结合,搭建了余热-地热源溴化锂吸收式热泵实验台。利用Fluent软件对地埋管换热系统的换热特性进行了数值模拟,并通过实验进行了验证。结果表明,U形地埋管换热器进出口温度的模拟值与实验值吻合得较好;无论是单U管还是双U管,其周围土壤温度沿深度方向变化不明显,而不同深度水平方向上温度变化范围较大。
Abstract:
Combining the sintering waste-heat system, absorption heat pump and ground heat exchanger system, establishes a waste-heat and ground-source lithium bromide absorption heat pump experimental system. Simulates the heat transfer characteristics of the U-tube heat exchanger in this system with Fluent software, and conducts an experiment to verify the simulation results.The results show that the simulation results are consistent fairly with the experimental results. The soil temperature around both single U tube or double U tube has no significant change along the depth direction, but has larger change along the horizontal direction in the different depths.
