文丘里定风量阀力学性能实验研究
Experiment on mechanical properties of Venturi constant air volume valves
摘要:
设计了文丘里定风量阀力学性能测试实验台。根据实验数据分析了阀芯绕流阻力与阀芯位置及流量之间的关系,阐述了阀芯绕流阻力的变化趋势。分析求解了收缩角为15°的阀体在风量为300~1 500 m3/h和500~1 000 m3/h范围内的理论弹簧性能曲线表达式。

Abstract:
Designs an experimental table for mechanical properties of Venturi constant air volume valves. Based on the experimental data, analyses the relationship among the flow resistance around a spool, the spool position and the flow rate. Elaborates the variation trends of flow resistance around a spool. Obtains the theoretical expression of spring performance curve for the valve with shrinkage angle of 15° in the air flow rate range of 300-1 500 m3/h and 500-1 000 m3/h, respectively.
