高效离心式热泵在集中供热中的应用

应用离心式热泵技术将低品位工业余热回收用于北方城镇供暖,对于满足日益增长的供热需求和实现节能减排目标具有非常重要的意义。永磁同步变频离心式热泵采用大量关键技术,其制热COP相对于传统离心式热泵大幅提高。实际供热工程中的应用结果表明,1 759 kW永磁同步变频离心式热泵机组的制热COP达到7.0,热泵系统整体COP达到4.8,能效高于大型热电联产供热系统。
Abstract:
Applying centrifugal heat pumps to recycle the industrial waste heat for the centralized heating has a great significance to meet the growing heating demand and realize energy saving. The permanent-magnetic synchronous frequency-convertible (PSF) centrifugal heat pump applies many key technologies, and its COP is much higher than that of traditional centrifugal heat pumps. The application results of a centralized heating project show that the COP of the 1 759 kW PSF centrifugal heat pump reaches 7.0, and the total COP of the heat pump system reaches 4.8, which is higher than that of a large-scale heat and power cogeneration system.
