Calculation of maximum length of directly-buried cooling pipeline in cooling base station
摘要:
根据制冷机组能效等级降等允许的管道供回水最大温升与管道传热和电动机功率转化为热量之间的热平衡关系,推导出区域供冷基站直埋供冷管道最大长度计算公式。经实例计算表明,工程中直埋供冷管道应该采取保温措施,且保温层厚度取0.04 m为宜,此种条件下,直埋供冷管道最大长度可以达到930~1 400 m。

Abstract:
Based on the thermal balance among the allowed temperature increase of the supply water and return water when the energy efficiency of the chiller degrades, the heat transfer of the pipeline and the heat from the friction of electric motors, deduces the mathematical expression of the maximum length of the directly buried cooling pipeline in the district cooling base station. The results show that the insulation layer is needed for the directly buried pipeline in engineering applications with a thickness of 0.04 meter appropriately, which ensures a maximum pipeline length of 930 to 1 400 meters.
