既有建筑绿色改造评价指标体系和权重研究
Research on indexes and weight of green retrofitting for existing buildings
摘要:
针对我国既有建筑绿色改造的现状,借鉴国外成熟的既有建筑绿色运行和改造评价标准体系的优点,构建了适合我国既有建筑绿色改造的评价指标体系。通过调查问卷,利用群体决策层次分析法建立判断矩阵并求解权重值,计算结果显示判断矩阵一致性较好。对既有建筑改造项目进行了试评,并与GB/T 50378—2014《绿色建筑评价标准》的试评结果进行对比,验证了该指标体系和权重的科学性、合理性和适用性。
Abstract:
Considering the current situations in China, establishes the index system of green retrofitting for existing buildings by referring to the advantages of foreign standards of green operation and retrofitting for existing buildings. With the group decision analytic hierarchy process method, develops the judgment matrix and calculates the weight values by questionnaires. The results show that the consistency of the judgment matrix is acceptable. Furthermore, evaluates the retrofitting projects of existing building by the index system, and also compares the evaluating results with those by Assessment standard for green building (GB/T 50378-2014). The comparison results indicate that the index system and weight are scientific, reasonable and applicable.
