摘要：
过介绍热泵技术原理，得出了热泵节能率与经济效益在理论上是正相关的结论。在工程应用中，出现了节能率较高却在经济效益上亏损的现象。通过实例分析，揭示了导致这一问题的根本因素，提出了通过优化能源比价，促进具有节能效益的热泵技术广泛应用，以平衡能源供应结构、节能减排的观点与方法。

Abstract：
Through the introduction of heat pump technology, concludes that the energy saving rate is positively correlated with the economic benefit in theory. But in engineering application, exists the phenomena that econonic benefit loss occurs while the energy saving rate is comparatively high. Through the case analysis, illustrates the primary cause of this problem and suggests promoting the wide usage of heat pump technology with energy saving benefits to balance energy supply structure and reduce emission by optimizing the energy price ratio.
