Fire fighting aspect of high level bio-safety laboratories in HVAC design

论述了国外高等级生物安全实验室的设计标准和消防设计,结合应用实例探讨了我国高等级生物安全实验室暖通的消防措施。提出通过采取密闭防烟措施,用经消防部门备案认可的生物型密闭阀代替防火阀,用空气采样早期烟雾预警系统,核心实验室内设CO浓度探测和声、光报警设备取代机械排烟系统,空调机组和风管保温采用A级不燃材料等一系列在理论上和实际工程中均可行的方法。解决了高等级生物安全实验室在高密闭条件下的防火、排烟难题。
Abstract:
States the design code and design method of the foreign high level bio-safety laboratory, and discusses the fire protection measures in China with an application example. Presents a series of measures feasible both in theory and practice, including the closed smoke control measures, replacing the fire damper with the biological airtight valve which is recorded and approved by the fire protection authority, air sampling early warning system for smoke, equipping CO concentration detection in the core laboratory room, replacing the mechanical smoke extraction system with the audible and visual alarm system, applying A-class thermal insulation material to the air handling units and ducts. Solves the fire protection and extraction problems of the high tightness high level bio-safety laboratory.
