基于末端冷量主动性调节的空调冷水泵变频控制策略

摘要:

认为常规的三种空调冷水变流量系统水泵变频控制策略存在弊端,提出一种采用温度控制调节阀开度指令信号统计值控制技术的变流量水泵调速控制策略。强调末端冷量主动性调节是空调冷水系统流量调节的主要矛盾,应尽可能以少的系统输送能耗满足空调冷水系统所有用户合理的冷负荷需求。

Abstract:

Considers that there are shortages in three kinds of control strategies for conventional air conditioning chilled water variable flow system. Puts forward a control strategy for speed regulation of the variable flow pump that the statistical value of open degree instruction signal of the temperature control regulation valve is used for flow control. Emphasizes that the key of air conditioning chilled water flow regulation is active regulation of cooling capacity at the terminal. It is desirable that the reasonable cooling load needs of all the users in the air conditioning chilled water system can be met while transport energy loss is possibly less.
