工业余热用于集中供暖取热流程优化研究

Optimization of industrial waste heat extraction process for central heating system

摘要:

分析了工业余热热源的特点及应用于城市集中供暖存在的问题,通过Q/T-T图表征工业余热热源以及取热流程。使用分析的方法讨论了工业余热取热过程中发生品位损失的情况,并提出了热源梯级利用、串联流量匹配和并联温度匹配的优化方法。实际案例分析表明,优化方法可行。

Abstract:

Analyses the characteristics of industrial waste heat source and the problems existing in its application to city central heating. Describes the industrial waste heat source and the heat extraction process by means of Q/T-T diagram. Discusses the heat quality loss during the industrial waste heat extraction process with an entransy analysis method. Puts forward the optimal methods of heat step utilization, tandem flow matching and parallel temperature matching. Actual cases show that the optimal method is practicable.
