新区规划可再生能源利用率算法研究与探讨
Study and discussion on assessment method of renewable energy utilization rate for new district planning

指出在相关的国内外标准、生态城市指标体系、区域能源规划中,可再生能源的应用常以可再生能源利用率为控制目标,但对于可再生能源利用率的具体算法尚未统一。对多种算法中存在的是否扣除常规能源消耗、考虑不同能源品位等问题进行了分析,明确了可再生能源替代量、可再生能源利用量的不同含义及算法,给出了不同层面的可再生能源利用率算法。
Abstract:
Points out that renewable energy utilization rate is often taken as the control target in relative standards at home and abroad, eco-city index system and regional energy planning. However, there is not a unified algorithm for the rate. Analyses several problems existing in current algorithms whether conventional energy consumption is deducted and different kinds of quality energy are considered. Clarifies the different meanings and algorithms for renewable energy substitute amount and renewable energy utilization amount. Provides the algorithm for renewable energy utilization rate on different levels.
