低成本高性能的空调系统设计
Design of air conditioning units with high performance parameters and low cost
摘要:
介绍了降低空调成本的几种方法。以一个空调器为测试对象,通过更换其室内外机的电动机、电子膨胀阀、毛细管与冷凝器,分析系统相同成本下的性能参数。对4种组合方案进行了测试,结果显示,室内机使用直流电动机、室外机使用交流电动机、双排冷凝器、毛细管方案的性能较优。

Abstract:
Presents several methods of reducing cost of air conditioning units. With an air conditioning unit as testing object, analyses the performances of the unit with the same cost by changing electric motors for both indoor and outdoor units, electric expansion valve, capillary and condenser. Tests and compares the performances of four combined schemes. Results show that the performance value is higher in scheme where indoor unit with DC electric motor, outdoor unit with AC electric motor, two-row condenser, and capillary are applied.
