小区锅炉房冷凝锅炉改造案例分析
Application case analysis of gas-fired condensing boiler in a district boiler room
摘要：
对北京市某小区进行了冷凝锅炉改造方案设计及运行策略制定。对改造后的应用效果进行了测试，结果表明，改造后的节能效果明显，锅炉效率提升23%；采用冷凝锅炉与采用普通锅炉相比，静态投资回收期增加1.86 a。

Abstract：
Proposes an application design and operation strategy for condensing boilers of a district boiler room in Beijing. Tests the effect of the application after the transformation. The results show that the energy-saving effect of transformation is obvious.The boiler efficiency rises by 23%, and the static payback period of condensing boilers increases by 1.86 years compared with that of common boilers.
