中温冷水机组诱导器系统应用于办公建筑的性能测试
Performance test of medium temperature chiller with induction air unit system applied to office buildings
摘要:
介绍了中温冷水机组诱导器系统的工作原理——通过采用带肋片椭圆管换热器的集约型空气处理机组实现13 ℃送风。2013年夏季对应用该系统的某办公建筑内的温湿度和能耗进行了测试,结果表明:室内温湿度都能保持在设计参数范围内;室内露点温度远远低于诱导器的送风温度,诱导器送风口表面没有结露现象;循环水泵、集约型空调机组风机和中温冷水机组的性能均优于国家标准的要求。
Abstract:
Presents the working principle of medium temperature chiller with induction air unit system. It obtains supply air temperature of 13 ℃ by extensive type air handling unit with fin oval tube heat exchanger. Tests the temperature, relative humidity and energy consumption in an office building with this system in summer of 2013. The results show that both of indoor temperature and humidity keep in the design range. The dew point temperature of indoor air is much lower than the supply air temperature from air inductive unit, without condensed water or condensation on the surface of air inductive unit.The performance of the circulation pump, fan in the extensive type air handling unit and medium temperature chiller is better than the requirements of national standards.
