摘要：
介绍了我国地热资源开发利用的概况以及该项目的概况。项目所在地具有丰富的地热资源，采用地热水间接换热结合水源热泵机组为建筑供暖，并合理利用水泵变频技术，经过一个供暖季的运行，取得了较好的经济效益和环境效益，最后给出了开发地热供暖的几点建议。

Abstract：
Describes the development and utilization of geothermal resources in China, and the general situation of the project. The project location has rich geothermal resources. Applies the geothermal water indirect heat exchange with the water source heat pump as the heat source, and utilizes the water pump frequency conversion technology rationally, after running through a heating season, obtains good economic and environmental benefits, and gives some suggestions on geothermal heating development finally.
