摘要：
通辽图书馆集普通书库、珍善本书库、阅览室、学术报告厅、中庭等功能房间于一体。介绍了该项目的供暖通风及空调系统设计，就水力平衡、防冻、内区供冷等几个主要方面进行了着重探讨和比较。为严寒地区存在较大内区建筑的供暖通风及空调系统节能设计提供了一些设计思路。

Abstract：
Tongliao Library contains compact stacks, jane rare book stacks, reading rooms, academic report halls and lobbies. Presents the design of the heating, ventilating and air conditioning system, and discusses and compares the main aspects of hydraulic balance, anti freezing, inner zone cooling, etc. Provides some HVAC system design ideas for the buildings with large area of inner zone in the cold region.
