基于室内热舒适能效的既有办公建筑绿色改造策略分析

摘要:

既有建筑绿色改造是降低建筑能耗、提高室内热舒适的有效措施,但多因素耦合对实际改造效果有较大影响。提出了室内热舒适能效BEE-PMV的概念,并建立了既有建筑绿色改造BEE-PMV评价模型。以北京某办公建筑为例,通过数值计算,探讨了建筑能耗与室内热舒适之间的关系。研究发现建筑窗墙面积比、空调设计温度、供暖设计温度等改造内容对建筑能耗和室内热舒适的耦合影响较大;BEE-PMV评价模型可为既有建筑绿色改造的整体优化和改造策略提供依据,避免改造效果的不确定性。

Abstract:

Green retrofitting of existing building is an effective measure to reduce building energy consumption and improve indoor thermal comfort, but different retrofitting options would achieve different performance. Proposes the conception of building energy efficiency-predicted mean vote (BEE-PMV) and establishes the green retrofit evaluation model based on BEE-PMV. Taking an office building in Beijing as an example, discusses the coupling relationship between building energy consumption and indoor thermal comfort by numerical simulation. The results indicate that the ratio of window to wall, cooling and heating design temperature all have great effect on building energy consumption and indoor thermal comfort, and that the BEE-PMV evaluation model can be used to provide a basis for overall optimization and retrofitting strategy of existing building green retrofitting project and avoid the uncertainty of retrofitting effect.
