某综合医院人员密度及空调冷负荷研究
Research on personnel density and air conditioning cooling load in a general hospital
摘要：
对某三甲医院进行了人流量调研，分析了门诊楼和病房楼的人员流动规律，给出了门诊楼实时人员密度的拟合公式；重点研究了门诊楼内的典型公共区域，分析了其人员密度变化特点和时空的耦合关系。对某综合医院进行了空调冷负荷计算与分析，研究了门诊楼和病房楼的冷负荷特点，针对不同的负荷特点采取相应的措施降低空调负荷。建议医院空调系统应在提高新风品质、提高新风利用率、合理利用新风预处理技术和控制技术等方面进行优化。
Abstract：
By investigating the visitors flow rate in a three grade hospital, analyses the rule of personnel movement in outpatient building and ward building, and concludes the fitting formula of personnel density for outpatient building. Focusing on the visitors flow rate of typical public area in outpatient building, analyses the characteristics of personnel density and the space-time coupling relationship. By calculating the air conditioning cooling load of a general hospital and analysing the characteristics of cooling load of outpatient building and ward building, takes corresponding measures to reduce the air conditioning load according to the cooling load character. Recommends that the air conditioning system should be optimized by improving outdoor air quality, improving the utilization rate of outdoor air, and using reasonable air pretreatment technology and control technology.
