办公建筑围护结构节能措施对空调能耗的影响及经济性分析

摘要:

针对天津地区一幢5层办公建筑,应用eQUEST能耗模拟软件建立模型,通过改变建筑围护结构参数,模拟计算了建筑全年供冷、供暖能耗及总能耗;分析了增加外墙、屋面保温层厚度和改变外窗玻璃类型等节能措施对空调系统能耗的影响及其经济效益;单因素敏感度分析结果表明,改变外窗玻璃类型、增加外墙保温层厚度、增加屋面保温层厚度这3项节能措施的节能潜力与经济效益依次递减。

Abstract:

Based on a five-story office building in Tianjin, establishes the energy consumption model with eQUEST software. Simulates and calculates the cooling, heating and annual energy consumption by changing the parameters of building envelope. Analyses the influence of energy saving measures, including increasing insulation layer thickness of outdoor wall and roof and changing external window type, on the energy consumption of air conditioning system and the economic benefits. The result of single factor sensitivity analysis indicates that the energy saving potential and economic benefits of the three measures of changing external window type, increasing insulation layer thickness of outdoor wall and increasing insulation layer thickness of roof are decreasing in turn.
