Abstract：
Analyses the problems existing in design, construction, commissioning of HVAC system for a SPF animal house, including determination of pressure difference, distribution of clean corridors and detection of cleanliness. Proposes corresponding solutions, and points out the noticeable issues in construction of similar projects.
