压力式细雾喷嘴流量特性实验研究
Experimental research on flow rate characteristics of fine mist pressure nozzles
摘要:
对液体的雾化机理及喷嘴的流量特性进行了理论分析,并对TF型、L型、P型细雾喷嘴进行了实验研究,用回归分析的方法建立了三种喷嘴的流量、喷雾压力与喷孔直径之间的关联式。绘制了三种喷嘴的流量曲线。

Abstract:
Analyses the mechanism of liquid atomization and the flow rate characteristics of nozzles. With the experiment, studies the flow rate characteristics of three nozzles including TF, L and P types. By the regression analysis, establishes the relationship of flow rate, pressure and orifice diameter, and draws their flow rate curves.
