介绍了基于气象参数开发的空调器SEER计算分析软件系统。该系统建立在空调器季节性能系数计算分析的基础上，以空调器的多工况实验参数和城市气象参数为输入数据，可以计算定频和变频空调器的夏季季节性能系数SEER和冬季季节性能系数HSPF。

Abstract：
Develops a SEER calculation and analysis software based on weather data by which the SEER and HSPF of fixed frequency and variable frequency air conditioners can be calculated when inputting operating parameters and local urban weather data.
