根据使用功能分5个区，制冷机房采用四管制，末端设备采用两管制，可实现5个区分别同时供冷供热。介绍了空调系统、机械通风系统、防排烟系统、自控等方面的设计，总结了设计经验。

Abstract：
The air conditioning system serves five zones based on architectural functions. The refrigerating room adopts fourpipe water system and the terminal devices adopt twopipe water system in order to simultaneously supply cold and heat separately to every zone. Presents the design of the air conditioning system, mechanical ventilating system and automatic control etc. Sums up the experience from the design.
