摘要：
商业建筑设计中，一方面要保证室内的高舒适性，另一方面又要重视空调系统节能问题。针对商业建筑的特点，DeST专门开发出辅助商业建筑设计的版本，可以在建筑及空调系统设计的各个阶段对设计方案进行模拟，为设计者提供设计的参考及依据。以一栋商业建筑为例，应用DeST进行模拟分析，解决该建筑在设计的不同阶段遇到的一些问题，并介绍了应用DeST辅助建筑及空调系统设计的方法。
Abstract：
The HVAC systems for commercial buildings require to maintain a comfortable internal working space with economical energy consumptions. To cope with the demanding needs in the commercial sector, DeST is developed into a commercial version for simulating both building and system performance of different HVAC system configurations at different design stages. Taking a commercial building as an example, points out the design problems encountered in different stages of the design process. Through the use of DeST, these problems at each stage can be analysed and resolved.
