空调冷凝水系统设计

摘要:

空调冷凝水系统是空调系统的重要组成部分,但往往被忽视,对管径的选取通常也是凭经验估算。简要介绍了空调冷凝水系统的设计,着重讨论了空调冷凝水横管的水力计算。通过对最小坡度0.003时热镀锌钢管的经验估算值与理论计算值的比照,选取适当的设计充满度,使理论计算值与经验估算值相接近。针对热镀锌钢管和塑料管,计算出不同坡度时各管径的排水能力。最后简要介绍了几种空调冷凝水的回收利用技术。

Abstract:

Air conditioning condensate water system is an important but often overlooked part of the air conditioning system, and the diameter is usually selected by empirical estimation. Describes the air conditioning condensate water system design, and focuses on the hydraulic calculation of the condensate horizontal tube. Through comparison of the empirical estimate and the theoretical value of the minimum slope 0.003 galvanized steel pipes, selects the appropriate design depth ratio so that the empirical estimate is close to the theoretical value. According to the hot dip galvanized steel  pipes and plastic pipes, calculates the drainage capacity for each diameter of different slope. Finally, presents several air conditioning condensate water recycling technologies.
