摘要:

氮氧化物(NOx)是导致雾霾天气的重要原因之一,天然气虽然属于清洁能源,但是燃气冷热电三联供系统(CCHP)烟气中的NOx仍然超过了国家标准规定的限值,必须加以处理。说明了NOx造成大气污染的机理,介绍了与燃气CCHP系统大气污染物排放有关的标准,给出了过量空气系数和氧含量、NOx体积分数和质量浓度之间的关系,分析了CCHP系统烟气中NOx的来源和反应机理,阐述了燃气CCHP系统脱硝的现行技术,指出干式低氮燃烧技术和铁基分子筛选择性催化还原法(SCR)是目前燃气CCHP系统较先进的脱硝技术。

Abstract:

Nitrogen oxides is a major cause of haze. Natural gas is clean energy, but the nitrogen oxides in the exhaust of gas CCHP systems always exceeds the limits specified in the national standard and should be addressed. Illustrates the mechanism of the air pollution influenced by nitrogen oxides, presents the related pollutant emission standards of the gas CCHP system, gives the relations between excess air coefficient and oxygen content and between volume concentration and mass concentration of nitrogen oxides, analyses the combustion by-products and reaction mechanisms of nitrogen oxides in the gas CCHP system, and describes the current DeNOx technology of the gas CCHP system. Concludes that dry low nitrogen oxides combustion and iron-based molecular sieve selective catalytic reduction (SCR) are the most advanced DeNOx technology in gas CCHP system.
