日本建筑节能标准研究
Study of building energy efficiency standards of Japan
摘要：
自1979年颁布《节约能源法》以来，日本编制并实施了建筑节能标准；随着建筑能耗不断升高，建筑节能工作逐步得到重视，日本建筑节能标准不断提升。2013年，日本将3部建筑节能相关标准合并为1部，并计划到2020年实行强制执行。对日本建筑节能标准的发展历史、主要内容、重点参数及执行情况进行了介绍，分析了其最新版本节能标准的技术特点。
Abstract：
Japan’s building energy efficiency standards have been authorized and promoted ever since the implementation of Energy conservation law in 1979. Regarding to the rapid increase of building energy consumption, Japan’s building energy efficiency standards have been upgraded for several times. In 2013, three building energy efficiency standards are combined into one, and the newly updated standard will be mandatorily implemented by 2020. Presents the development history, main content, key parameters and the implementation of the building energy efficiency standards of Japan, and analyses the technical features of the newest version of the energy efficiency standards.
