中外公共建筑节能标准比对研究
Study on comparison of public building energy codes and standards between foreign countries and China
摘要：
汇总分析了各国建筑节能标准主要类型，综合研究了美国、丹麦、英国、日本等国家的建筑节能标准规范的概况、发展历史与现状、重点参数提升情况；对比了中美公共建筑节能标准中非透明围护结构传热系数、窗户传热系数、供热供冷设备性能等关键指标的差异，研究了建筑节能标准与建筑能效标识、绿色建筑认证、节能设计导则、碳排放计算的关系，介绍了各国建筑节能标准未来发展目标。
Abstract：
Summarizes the main types of building energy codes and standards. Presents a comprehensive comparative analysis of outline, development history and current situation, upgrade information of key parameters in building energy codes in Unites States, Denmark, United Kingdom and Japan. Compares the difference of key parameters, such as U-value of opaque envelope, U-value of window, COP and IPLV of heating and cooling devices in public building energy codes and standards between United States and China. Studies the relationship among the building energy saving standard, building efficiency labeling, green building certification, energy saving design guideline, and calculation of carbon dioxide emission. Presents the future upgrading targets of building energy codes and technology roadmaps in different countries.
