公共建筑节能设计标准中围护结构权衡判断方法的研究与改进
Study and improvement of envelope trade-off option in design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings
摘要：
围护结构热工性能的权衡判断方法是一种性能化评价方法，目前在我国建筑节能标准中被推荐应用，但在实际应用中存在较多问题。对国内外不同建筑节能性能化评价方法进行了梳理，分析了我国围护结构性能化评价方法存在的问题，提出了改进和完善措施，提高了围护结构权衡判断方法的有效性和合理性。

Abstract：
The trade-off option of the envelope thermal performance is an overall building-performance evaluation method. Now it is applied to building energy standards of China, but there exits some problems in practical application. Summarizes the different building performance-based evaluation methods. Analyses the problems of China’s envelope performance-based evaluation method, and proposes some improvement measures, which can improve the validity and rationality of trade-off option.
