Research on revision principle and methodology of Design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings
摘要：
回顾了该标准的修订背景，总结了2005年版《标准》编制及应用中存在的问题，在研究国外标准修订方法的基础上，明确了标准修订的原则及主要内容，重点介绍了2015年版《标准》节能目标的确定和分解的思路及方法，探讨了建筑节能设计标准未来发展方向及相关问题。

Abstract：
Reviews the revision background of the national standard. Summarizes the problem in compiling the standard of version 2005 and the issues in its application. On basis of investigating the method of standard revision abroad, determines the revision principle and the main contents to be revised. Presents emphatically the setting of the energy saving goal for the standard in version 2015, the idea and the method for decomposing the goal. Discusses the future development direction of energy saving standards for buildings and the relevant issues.
