热水供暖管路比摩阻误差分析
Error analysis of specific frictional head loss in hotwater heating pipelines

分析研究了95 ℃/70 ℃热水供暖系统按平均温度60 ℃进行管路水力计算的不合理性。计算得到了比摩阻的理论误差:层流区42.56%、临界区-12.77%、湍流光滑区8.51%、湍流过渡区小于8.51%、湍流粗糙区误差可以忽略。给出了湍流区沿程阻力系数绝对误差的计算式。

Abstract:
Analyses the unreasonability of hydraulic calculation based on the mean temperature 60 ℃ in a heating system with 95 ℃/70 ℃ hot water. Obtains the theoretical errors of specific frictional head loss including 42.56% for laminar flow, -12.77% for critical area, 8.51% for turbulence smooth area, smaller than 8.51% for turbulence transition area and neglectable error for turbulence rough area. Gives a calculation formula of the absolute error of specific frictional head losses.
