以北京银谷大厦办公楼为例，介绍了全年逐时动态负荷计算的结果，并对其进行了详细分析，为指导空调系统的分系统设计、空调运行与能量管理提供定量的依据。通过本文和以前发表的该工程第一阶段的计算结果，完整给出了对一栋办公楼进行空调全年逐时动态负荷计算的结果。

Abstract：
With the example of Beijing Yingu Building, gives allyear hourly dynamic load calculation results and makes detailed analysis, which will provide quantitative guidance for system division, operation and energy management of air conditioning systems. The above results as well as the first stage results previously published are a complete result of allyear hourly dynamic load calculation of the air conditioning system for an office building.
