生物安全实验室气密性围护结构空气渗透特性研究
Air infiltration through air tight building envelope in biosafety laboratories
摘要:
介绍了生物安全四级实验室围护结构的气密性要求,建立了空气渗透特性方程和压力衰减方程。采用恒压法对微环境实验室在不同压力下的泄漏量进行了测试,拟合得到了两方程中的流量系数a和流动指数b的值,b值接近1,与一般洁净室有较大区别。比较了压力衰减数值模拟结果与实验结果,两者有较好的一致性。介绍了实验室的密封措施。

Abstract:
Presents the demand of biosafety level-4 laboratories on air tightness of the building envelope. Establishes an air infiltration equation and a pressure decay equation. Tests the leakage at different pressures in a micro environmental laboratory using the constant pressure method. Obtains the values of flow coefficient (a) and flow exponent (b) by fitting, b is close to 1, which is very different with normal cleanrooms. Compares the numerical simulation result of pressure decay with the measured result, and they are in good agreement. Presents some sealing measures for laboratories.
