直埋敷设供热管道垂直荷载计算方法的研究
Calculation methods of vertical load for directly buried heating pipelines
摘要:
介绍了四种常用垂直荷载计算方法:《城镇直埋供热管道工程技术规程》法、Marston法、Г·К·Клейн法和棱柱荷载法。给出了计算垂直荷载的土壤垂直压力因数曲线,讨论了考虑沟槽为直壁沟槽或斜壁沟槽、管道为刚性或柔性管道时的垂直荷载计算方法及适用条件。实例计算结果表明,沟槽为斜壁沟槽的Г·К·Клейн法计算结果最小,《城镇直埋供热管道工程技术规程》法计算结果最大;工程实际情况下的垂直荷载在数值上趋近于棱柱荷载。
Abstract:
Presents four conventional calculation methods i.e. the Technical specification for directly buried heating pipeline engineering in city method, Marston load method, Г·К·Клейн method and prism load method. Provides the curves of soil vertical pressure coefficient to calculate vertical load and discusses the calculation method and its application conditions for vertical or lean walls in pipe channels and for rigid or flexible pipes. The calculation results show that the result by Г·К·Клейн method for lean wall in the pipe channel is the least and that by the first method is the largest and the vertical load in actual engineering is close to that by the prism load.
