Research on a new type of plate airtoair energy recovery ventilator:product development and experiments
摘要:
讨论了国内外评价全热交换器性能的主要指标,介绍了一种新型全热交换器的基本结构、主要特点以及实验结果。结果表明,由于采用了纳米气体分离复合膜作为热质交换材料,该全热交换器具有以下特点:a) 全热交换效率高达75%以上,高于其他形式的同类产品;b) 取消了传统的波纹瓦楞纸支撑结构,空气阻力大幅度下降;c) 在较高的迎面风速下,仍然有较高的换热效率;d) 热质交换材料的孔径只有2 nm,细菌、病毒和气体均无法通过,实现了零泄漏;e) 由于采用了板式换热器的可拆卸结构,加上材料良好的疏水性,因此芯体可以拆卸,大大延长了换热器寿命。
Abstract:
Discusses some performances that evaluate plate airtoair energy recovery ventilators at home and abroad. Presents the structure, main characteristics and experimental results of the new type airtoair energy recovery ventilator. As a result, the new type energy recovery ventilator has characteristics as following due to nanogas separation composite membranes being used as heat exchanging material: a) higher total energy effectiveness(more than 75%) than other similar products, b) traditional corrugation paper support structure is cancelled, thus the air resistance is significantly reduced, c) still high total energy transfer effectiveness at the condition of high face velocity, d) germs, viruses and gases other than vapor can’t permeate through the membrane with only 2nm hole diameter, and zero across leakage is acquired, e) owing to adopting a disassembled structure and the membrane with excellent affinity to water molecule, the exchanger core can be dismantled and cleaned, prolonging the life span of the plate airtoair energy recovery ventilators.
