Abstract：
Analyses the development procedure of building automation industry and the current problems. Provides that the technology of Web Services based on XML, SOAP, WSDL and UDDI is the best answer solving the problems. Presents the principle and the key technologies of Web Services, and the integration technologies, framework model and realization principles of building automation systems based on Web Services.
