Abstract：
Discusses and analyses the problems of ventilation design in civil air defense basement, including design of rooms for reducing shock wave and airtight valves, installation of resistance measuring tubes and automatic exhaust valves, resistance calculation and ventilator selection. Gives some advices to improve the ventilation design quality for civil air defense basement.
