利用合同能源管理实施空调系统节能改造的适应性评价体系

摘要:

研究了利用合同能源管理实施空调系统节能改造的适应性评价分项指标,包括节能效益、环境效益和经济效益。建立了动态财务模型,提出了项目经济效益、节能效益和环境效益的二级模糊评价矩阵,构建了合同能源管理适应性的二级模糊综合评价体系。通过某公共建筑空调系统节能改造项目进行了验证,结果表明了实施动态财务净现值评价的重要性和利用合同能源管理实施空调系统节能改造的可行性。

Abstract:

Studies the sub-index of adaptability assessment for energy performance contracting (EPC), including energy efficiency benefit, environmental benefit and economic benefit. Establishes a dynamic financial model. Develops a two-stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system for adaptability of EPC by analysis of the two-stage fuzzy evaluation matrices with economic benefits, energy efficiency benefits and environmental benefits. It is verified by energy efficiency renovation project of the air conditioning system for one public building. The result shows the importance of evaluation for dynamic financial net present value (NPV) and feasibility of energy efficiency renovation for the air conditioning system by means of EPC.
