区域供冷系统冷水机组的最佳运行工况区间和性能研究
Optimal operating condition interval and performance of chiller in district cooling system
摘要:
以若干不同类别的区域供冷系统大型冷水机组的运行特性为研究对象,简要探讨了影响冷水机组性能的主要因素。基于实测的不同冷水机组的性能数据曲线,重点分析了离心式冷水机组,烟气型、蒸汽型及热水型溴化锂吸收式冷水机组在各个影响因素及变工况下的能效比,给出了几类大型冷水机组的最佳运行工况区间和性能模型公式,为冷水机组的优化配置和节能运行提供了理论依据。
Abstract:
Taking the performance characteristics of various types of large-scale chillers in district cooling system as the object, briefly discusses the main factors affecting the performance of the chiller. Based on the mearsured experimental performance data of different chillers, analyses the energy efficiency ratio of centrifugal chiller, flue gas, steam and hot water type lithium-bromide absorption water chillers in different operating conditions, and also gives out the optimal operating condition interval and the performance model formula for several types of large-scale chillers, which provide a theoretical basis for the optimal allocation and energy efficient operation of chillers.
