温度湿度独立控制技术在上海某卷烟厂联合工房中的应用

摘要:

介绍了上海某卷烟厂联合实验生产工房的空调设计方案,采用温度湿度独立控制的理念,冷源分别提供高温冷水和低温冷水。单独设置新风处理机组,首先采用高温冷源对新风进行预冷,再采用低温冷源对新风进行深度除湿,处理后的新风送入回风型空调机组,与回风混合后再采用高温冷源进行等湿冷却,避免了传统空调再热造成的冷热抵消。温度湿度独立控制空调系统只需控制新风处理后的含湿量和新回风混合后的送风温度,就可精确控制室内的温湿度。

Abstract:

Presents the air conditioning design for a combined workshop of a cigarette factory in Shanghai, which adopts the temperature and humidity independent control concept, with the high temperature chilled water and low temperature chilled water respectively as cold source. Sets the outdoor air handling units separately. Firstly, uses the high-temperature chilled water for outdoor air pre-cooling. Secondly, uses the low-temperature chilled water for in-depth dehumidification. Thirdly, mixes the treated outdoor air with return air and cools with constant humidity, and then delivers to workshops. Therefore, the energy consumption caused by reheating in traditional air conditioning system is avoided. This system only needs adjusting and maintaining the treated outdoor air humidity and the mixed supplying air temperature to accurately control the humidity and temperature.
