分布式变频供热系统定零压差点运行调节特性
Study on zero pressure point control strategy of distributed variable frequency heating system
摘要:
针对分布式变频系统实际运行中存在的问题,结合某工程实例,利用软件对设有均压管的分布式变频系统的多种调节过程进行了模拟。分析了单一换热站和管网全部换热站的运行调节水力特性,并指出均压管使得热源侧和用户(换热站)侧具有调节的独立性,以及两侧水力调节的不一致性。指出了该类系统节能运行调节的控制目标。
Abstract:
Considering the existing problems of distributed pump system with variable frequency control, performs simulation on an actual project to investigate a variety of adjusting processes of the distributed pump system with variable frequency control where pressure balance pipeline is installed. Analyses the operational hydraulic characteristics of single heat exchanging station and overall heat exchanging stations of network, and points out that the existence of the pressure balance pipeline results in the independence of control and the inconsistency of the hydraulic regulating between heat source side and the user side (heat exchanger station). Finally, points out the control target for energy conservation operation adjustment on this kind of system.
