并联变频水泵转速优化控制研究
Speed optimization control of parallel-connected variable speed pumps
摘要:
针对闭式循环水系统中并联变频水泵的转速优化控制问题,建立了并联变频水泵的特性模型。研究表明,当并联水泵转速保持等比例同步调节时,水泵各自的相似工作点不发生变化。通过理论分析,得到了水泵工作点特征值的解析式,表明各并联水泵工作点特征值相等时,并联水泵整体效率最高。进一步得到了并联水泵最优转速比值的解析式。总结了并联变频水泵转速优化控制的3条准则。
Abstract:
Regarding the problem of speed optimization control of parallel-connected variable speed pumps (VSPs) in close loop water circulating system, develops a characteristic model of the VSPs. It is proved that the similarity of working condition (SWC) of each pump would not change when the speed of the parallel-connected VSPs is adjusted proportionally. Derives the analytical expression of the characteristic value for the working condition of pumps, which implies that the overall efficiency of parallel-connected VSPs is the highest when all the parallel-connected VSPs keep the same characteristic value of working condition during the regulating process. Based on this, derives the analytical expression for the optimal speed ratio of parallel-connected VSPs. Summarizes three criteria for speed optimization control of parallel-connected variable speed pumps.
