集中空调水系统合理选用变频技术的几点探讨

摘要:
探讨了相关规范、标准未明确规定的3类空调水系统采用变频技术的问题,认为二级泵系统中一级泵可以合理地选用变频技术。分析了改造项目选用变频技术的合理性和应注意的问题,提出了“静态变频“和“动态变频”概念,分析了这2种变频方式在纠偏型改造与变流量改造中的具体应用。将变频纠偏与其他纠偏方式进行了技术经济比较,认为静态变频不一定是最合理的纠偏方式;建议系统在条件具备时尽量动态变频运行,以更好地发挥变频技术的节能效果。
Abstract:
Discusses the variable frequency technology to be applied in three kinds of chilled water systems which are not clearly defined by relevant codes and standards. Proposes that the variable frequency technology can be reasonably applied to the primary pump of primary-secondary pumping system. Analyses the rationality of variable frequency technology to be applied to reconstruction projects and proposes some issues which should be paid attention to. Puts forward two new concepts, including static variable frequency and dynamic variable frequency. Analyses the specific application of these two kinds of variable frequency technologies in rectified reconstruction and variable volume reconstruction projects. Performs technical and economic comparison between the variable frequency rectified reconstruction method and other rectified reconstruction methods. Considers that the static variable frequency is not always the most reasonable rectification method. Suggests that the dynamic variable frequency should be used as far as possible to achieve better energy saving effect.
