冷水泵自适应压差再设定变频控制方法及其应用

摘要:
在介绍水泵变频控制节能原理及水泵压差控制原理的基础上,提出了自适应压差再设定冷水泵系统变频控制方法,开发了相应的控制工具包。该工具包可自动获取空调水系统实时运行数据,根据AHU调节阀开度、最不利环路末端压差、各水泵变频器的电压频率,自动调整冷水压差的设定值,以适应空调系统负荷的变化,尽可能地降低冷水泵的能耗。该工具包在香港某大型写字楼的集中空调水系统中应用,取得了显著的节能效果。
Abstract:
Based on the energy saving principle of variable frequency control and the differential pressure control for the chilled water pump systems, proposes a self-adaptive control method of differential pressure resetting and develops an online control toolkit. The toolkit can collect the real-time operating information of air conditioning system automatically, reset the differential pressure set-point automatically for the chilled water pumps according to the regulating valve position of all air handling units, the voltage frequency of all inverters and the monitored differential pressure of all closed loops to adapt to the change of cooling load of air conditioning system and reduce the energy consumption of chilled water pumps as much as possible. The toolkit has been applied in the central air conditioning system of a large-scale office building in Hong Kong and achieved the significant energy-saving effect.
