变风量空调系统自适应静压变频控制方法及其应用

摘要:

变频技术的日益成熟使得变频器在变风量空调系统中得到广泛应用,但变风量空调系统中现有的静压控制方法容易引起室内局部过冷或者过热。根据总送风量与总需求风量的偏差,以及风阀全开的个数来优化静压设定值,提出了变风量空调系统自适应静压变频控制方法,将这种控制方法应用在香港某办公大楼中的运行结果表明,其节能率达到了7.14%,同时系统控制稳定,对空调负荷变化适应性强,热舒适性也有明显提高。

Abstract:

With the development of variable frequency technology, the frequency converters have been widely applied in variable air volume systems. The existing static pressure control method is easy to cause supercooling or overheating in certain indoor area. According to the deviation of the total supply air volume and total required air volume, and the number of VAV terminals with fully-open dampers, optimizes the static pressure resetting, and proposes the self-adaptive static pressure variable frequency control scheme. Applies this control scheme to the VAV systems of an office building in Hong Kong. The operation results show that the energy saving rate is about 7.14%, the system control is stable and more adaptable to the cooling load change, and the thermal comfort is improved significantly.
