高温工质HTR01水源热泵机组的研究

High temperature water source heat pumps using HTR0I as refrigerant

摘要:

介绍了高温水源热泵对制冷剂的特殊要求。通过研究工质的基本性质、材料相容性、油溶性以及可燃性,开发了一种综合性能较好的三元混合工质HTR01,并研制了制热量为300 kW的高温水源热泵机组。现场实测数据表明,机组运行稳定,能产生85 ℃左右的热水。该机组性能系数较高,应用前景良好。

Abstract:

Presents the special requirements of the refrigerant for hightemperature heat pumps. Develops a ternary mixture named HTR01 with good combination property by studying its basic character, material compatibility, oil solubility and flammability, and develops a 300 kW unit. A field measurement shows that the unit operates stable and the outlet water temperature of the condenser can reach to about 85 ℃. So the unit has higher coefficient of performance and well market prospect.
