对《医院病房防SARS抗菌干盘管空调系统研究》一文的质疑
Questioning to Anti-microbe dry coil air-conditioning systems against SARS in hospital wards
摘要：
通过分析该文的某些论述和结论，指出：冷量变化率不可能为负值；“干盘管空调系统”实际上就是按干工况运行的带独立新风的传统风机盘管系统，而且在一定条件下该系统可以用于瞬时湿负荷较大的场合；具有抗菌功能的空调系统必须同时采用抑菌和杀菌措施。

Abstract：
Through analyzing some statements and conclusions of this article, claims that the cooling load variation factor can not be negative; that the so-called dry coil system is simply the traditional fan coil unit system with fresh air and operated in dry conditions, and it can be adopted to some applications with high momentary moisture load; that any antisepsis air conditioning system must involve both bacteriostasic and bactericidal means.
