基于户用风冷冷水(热泵)机组的补气增焓系统实验研究

摘要:
以户用风冷冷水(热泵)机组为对象,研究了采用闪蒸器的二级节流补气增焓系统在不同环境工况下的运行性能,并进一步研究了二级节流耦合控制的规律。实验结果表明,与常规系统相比,补气增焓系统在各种工况下的制热量提高约18%~20%,能效COP提升约7%。初步得出了耦合控制的二级节流的控制规律,为产品开发提供参考。

Abstract:
Based on the household air-cooled heat pump unit, studies the operating characteristics of two-step throttle and enhanced vapor injection system in different environmental conditions by experiment, and further studies the law of coupling control by two-step throttle. The results show that the heating capacity of the enhanced vapor injection system increases by 18% to 20% and the energy efficiency improves by 7%, compared to the conventional compression system. Obtains the preliminary conclusion of the control law of two-step throttle, which provids references for product development.
