Optimization adjustment method of duct valves based on Kriging approximation model
摘要:
介绍了近似模型理论和多目标粒子群优化算法。利用Fluent软件建立了某飞机喷漆大厅空调送风系统的数值模型,采用拉丁超立方采样方法生成阀门开度配置,通过多次仿真运行获得了样本数据,利用Kriging近似模型技术构建了风管阀门开度倒数和-风量标准差的近似模型,利用改进的多目标粒子群优化算法获得了帕雷托(Pareto)前锋线。
Abstract:
Presents the approximation model theory and multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm. Establishes a numerical model for the air supply mode of the air conditioning system in an aircraft spray-paint workshop by Fluent software.Generates the valve opening configuration using Latin hypercube sampling method.Obtains the sample data by multiple simulation runs. Establishes an approximation model of the relationship between the reciprocal of valve opening in air duct and the standard deviation of air volume by Kriging algorithm.Obtains a Pareto frontier by the improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm.
