ASHRAE 189.1-2014《高性能绿色建筑设计标准》简介

Overview of ASHRAE 189.1-2014 Standard for the design of high-performance green buildings

摘要:

介绍了该标准的概况,从场地、水、能源、室内环境、材料、管理6个方面介绍了该标准的主要技术内容,以及暖通空调专业相关条文。通过与我国GB/T 50378—2014《绿色建筑评价标准》的对比发现,中美两国标准的绿色理念总体相通,技术水平大体相当,同时也各有侧重和特色。ASHRAE 189.1标准中的设备系统自动控制、室内污染源控制、可再生能源利用水平、通风系统CO2传感器布置等可供我国标准参考。

Abstract:

Presents its overall profile, major contents including site, water, energy, indoor environment, material and management, and HVAC related provisions. By the comparison between Chinese green building standard GB/T 50378—2014 and ASHRAE 189.1, finds that both standards have similar concept of green, fairly comparable technical level, and some unique features. Automatic control in service systems, source control of indoor pollutants, annual production by renewable energy, and CO2 sensor positioned in ventilation system, are of valuable references for compiling Chinese standard.
