Describes the future development direction of the low-temperature air-source heat pump (LT-ASHP) technology in Europe. Presents the most common technical barriers and the relative solutions of the LT-ASHP. Compares the installation cost of the LT-ASHP system between Europe and China. Summarizes the heat pump incentive policies and the relative implement standards in Europe.
